At Smart consulting we are seeking a
Personal Data Protection Analyst
to take the lead on daily GDPR business-as-usual activities within the
1st Line of Defense (1LoD)
. The role involves supporting clients in achieving their compliance objectives with
Privacy by Design principles
and other data protection requirements, while closely interacting with the Central Data Office, the 1LoD SPOC network, and the 2LoD DPC/DPO network.
?? Key Responsibilities
Ensure project validation processes comply with
Privacy by Design
principles and support Project Managers on data protection activities;
Manage incoming external and internal requests through the
GDPR service desk inbox
, including
Data Subject Rights Requests
;
Publish periodic GDPR desk reports and manage a dedicated
SharePoint space
;
Contribute to spreading a strong
culture of personal data protection
across the organization;
Develop and share
best practices
with the broader data protection network.
? Required Qualifications & Competencies
Minimum of 4
years of professional experience
, including significant experience in
Data Privacy / GDPR
;
Solid
academic or professional background
in EU GDPR (mandatory);
Knowledge of other global privacy laws and regulations is considered a plus.

Full proficiency in the
MS Office suite

Familiarity with
project management tools and methodologies

Fluent in English (B2–C1 level)
