Be ready to find at Jobbex Portugal the transparent, friendly, and professional work environment you have been looking for.Responsibilities:Responsible for proactive and corrective maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems, networking, VoIP, and business applications.Support on-premises and cross-tenant migrations in new business acquisitions (O365 & Azure).
Evaluate, implement, and maintain solutions to meet business requirements.Ensure high system availability, optimal performance, and continuous environment optimization.Requirements:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS & PaaS) and O365.Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.Expertise in Azure AD (Entra ID) and Microsoft tenant-to-tenant migrations (on-premises to cloud / O365).
Proficiency in VoIP solutions.Solid understanding of security and networking best practices.Experience with Fortinet solutions.Proficient in server operating systems.Advanced troubleshooting skills, including PowerShell and scripting.Strong analytical skills to diagnose and communicate complex issues with 3rd-party support teams and management.Excellent communication skills in EnglishMicrosoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-500).
