We recognize the importance of having both the best individuals and providing them with the means and the motivation to excel and to jointly build a team stronger than the sum of its parts.Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management AnalystMain tasks and responsibilitiesSupport the implementation of Norfin's corporate ESG strategy.Collaborate across various teams and projects to ensure alignment with sustainability goals and best practices.Assist in obtaining sustainability and energy efficiency certifications for managed assets.Perform carbon accounting and contribute to decarbonisation initiatives.Prepare official reports and communications on ESG and sustainability initiatives, ensuring clarity and compliance with European standards.Monitor trends and regulatory updates in the ESG sector, ensuring compliance for the company and its assets.Contribute to participation in benchmarks and assessments such as GRESB.Role RequirementsRecent graduate in technical fields such as Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related areas.Preferably a minimum of 1 year in sustainability and ESG-related topics.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Fluent English (spoken and written).Familiarity with European regulations and standards (CSRD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy, GRI, GRESB, Deepki) is highly valued.Previous experience in the real estate and/or construction sector is an advantage.Strong analytical skills with excellent organisational abilities.Proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to develop innovative solutions and adapt to diverse challenges.Local and ScheduleFull-Time / LisboaSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherInvestment Management
