Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Media Buying Specialist to plan, manage, and optimize multichannel campaigns daily. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in media buying and be fluent in English.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and optimize multichannel campaigns daily.
* Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements in ROI / ROAS.
* Test creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
* Implement tracking (pixels, GTM, GA4 events).
* Deliver clear reports with actionable insights for the team and clients.
* Research and test new traffic sources and opportunities.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in Media Buying (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Native, or similar).
* Fluent English (mandatory).
* Strong knowledge of metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, LTV.
* Analytical, autonomous, organized, and results-oriented.
* Nice to have: experience with ad servers, RedTrack / Voluum / Keitaro, Looker Studio, and automated reporting.
