What are you going to do?
User support: handling incidents and service requests, diagnosis, follow-up, and resolution;
Monitoring of alerting systems: implementing fixes and solutions for detected events and errors;
Backup monitoring: validation of backup and restore routines;
Technicaltroubleshooting across Windows, Linux, Microsoft 365, and network/DNS environments;
Windows and Linux systems administration: maintenance, basic hardening, updates, and service management;
Microsoftenvironment administration: Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID, Active Directory, SharePoint, Windows Server, and Azure;
Implementation of new solutions, automations, and processes to drive continuous improvement and reduce manual work;
Containeradministration (Docker;
Kubernetes preferred) and support for existing workloads;
Licensingand IT asset management: inventory, tracking, and lifecycle management;
Management of physical access to offices: related processes and permission handling.
What are we looking for?
Minimum of 2 years' experience in similar roles (IT Support/SysAdmin/Operations);
Strong knowledge of Linux;
Knowledgeof Windows Server systems and their ecosystem;
Knowledgeof the Microsoft environment, including Office Admin Center/Microsoft 365 Admin, Exchange Admin Center, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID, and SharePoint;
Networking and DNS: concepts, troubleshooting, and basic configuration;
Database fundamentals: concepts, simple queries, and basic understanding of backup/restore;
Ability to workwith end users, with a strong focus on problem resolution and clear communication;
TechnicalEnglish required for documentation, ticket handling, and troubleshooting.
