Your New Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assistant to support administrative and document control tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formatting documentation, ensuring consistency across templates, and maintaining brand standards in company documents following the Company Documentation Control Guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
Format documents according to internal Documentation Management System requirements (templates, fonts, styles, headers, footers, spacing, etc.).
Insert and update company templates and branding across company documentation.
Perform tasks accurately and efficiently while maintaining the integrity of technical content.
Ensure all documents are clean, professional, and consistent in layout and structure.
Assist in organising and maintaining digital document libraries.
Perform light administrative duties as required.
What do you need to succeed?
Previous experience with Documentation Management tasks would be a plus.
High attention to detail and strong formatting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and PDF editing tools.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
English language proficiency is required.
