* Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Informatics or equivalent;
* Minimum of 4 years experience in IT Project Management or as a Scrum Master;
* Experience in banking is mandatory;
* Knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban);
* Certifications in Scrum (PSM, CSM, PMP) will be valued;
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Azure DevOps;
* Excellent interpersonal skills;
* Proactivity and Dynamism.
