* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate resolutions

Requirements:
* Fluent in French (C2 level)
* Fluent in English (B2 level)
* EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
* 0-1 year of experience in customer support
* Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
