This role is designed for a highly skilled engineer to lead the design, development, and scaling of workplace technology systems that enhance collaboration, identity management, and AI-enabled productivity. You will architect automation frameworks, integrations, and agentic workflows across enterprise applications while ensuring security, compliance, and reliability. The position blends hands-on technical ownership with cross-functional leadership, including mentoring engineers and partnering with IT, Security, and People teams. You will drive innovation by building reusable tools, SDKs, and AI productivity layers, supporting lifecycle automation for employees and agents alike. Success in this role requires a combination of deep software engineering expertise, experience with Saa S integrations and agentic systems, and the ability to translate complex technical problems into scalable solutions.
