You understand how design translates from concept to production and are comfortable collaborating across teams and with suppliers.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balance creativity with technical know-how, and are passionate about developing textiles that are both innovative and commercially successful.The RoleAs a Textile Designer, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end creation of home textile designs, from concept and research to fabric development and production.
You'll design original, trend-driven patterns and also specify textile constructions that align with product requirements.
You'll work closely with our product development and sales teams, as well as suppliers, to bring concepts to life while ensuring quality, feasibility, and cost efficiency.ResponsibilitiesResearch market and trend directions to inform textile conceptsDevelop custom designs for home textiles, including both surface patterns and fabric constructions (weaves, knits, jacquards, embossing, textures)Create mood boards, presentations, and concept imagery for internal teams and clientsBuild and release textile specifications, repeats, and production-ready packagesPartner with suppliers to develop fabrics that meet design intent, quality standards, and cost requirementsWork cross-functionally with sales and product development to review and revise artwork and constructionsManage multiple projects at once with shifting priorities and tight deadlinesWhat You BringBA/BS degree in Textile Design or related field3–5 years' experience in home textiles, fashion textiles, or related categoriesStrong knowledge of textile constructions, materials, and manufacturing processesProficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PhotoshopExperience with repeats, textile CADs, and production-ready filesExceptional eye for color, trend, and detailHighly organized, able to multitask, and deadline-drivenExcellent communication skills and collaborative mindsetExperience with 3D rendering or visualization tools (a plus)How to ApplyPlease submit your resume and a portfolio (PDF or link) showcasing textile designs and construction work.Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.Benefits:Competitive pay, based on experience levelPerformance based generous bonuses and raises evaluated annually401k with matching policyGenerous vacation policySalary: 1k-2k Euro per monthFully Remote
