What we are looking for
Our Business Analytics team is looking for a motivated and analytical individual to join us in driving growth through a data-driven and process-based mindset.
In this role, you will apply your analytical skills and data storytelling abilities to support decision-making across the organization.
You will contribute to ongoing business processes and ad-hoc projects in collaboration with various functional areas across the GSPS Group.
Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing and business process data, identifying trends and translating findings into clear insights.
Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate results to diverse stakeholders across ECCO's global footprint.
Support the team in ad-hoc projects, including data analysis, process optimization, and project management tasks.
Assist in overseeing and integrating external data providers into reporting workflows.
Contribute to building business cases in a cross-functional environment.
Requirements
The ideal candidate brings a mix of curiosity, analytical thinking, and willingness to learn.
We are looking for someone who can say "yes" to most of the following: Bachelor's/master's program (Business Administration, Economics, Finance, IT, or related).
Min. 4 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Basic knowledge of process management and/or project management methodologies is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to challenge the status quo.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal (mandatory).
Additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP (mandatory).
Prior experience with data visualization software (Power BI) and SQL (Snowflake) is an advantage; knowledge of Python is a plus.
Open to taking ownership of tasks and contributing to projects in a collaborative team environment.
