Lead Delivery Specialist
We are looking for a highly skilled Delivery Lead to support our teams in delivering high-quality outcomes.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Product Manager and other team members to ensure delivery is well-coordinated, transparent, and aligned with business priorities.
This role involves overseeing the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring consistency and alignment across all initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader, skilled in agile ways of working, and able to foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) for cross-functional teams.
* Work closely with the Product Manager to prioritize delivery objectives, scope, and timelines.
* Collaborate with other team leaders to coordinate dependencies and resolve blockers.
* Maintain visibility of delivery progress, risks, and issues, communicating effectively with stakeholders.
* Develop and maintain relationships with other teams and departments to manage cross-functional dependencies.
* Promote a culture of learning and adaptability within the team.
* Act as a servant leader, empowering teams to take ownership of their delivery and operate with autonomy.
