* Experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
* Experience with process modeling tools and documentation.
* Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Jira and / or Confluence tools will be valued.
* Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
