The Information Systems Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the stability, availability, and security of the organization’s IT infrastructure. This includes managing cloud environments, servers, identities, and security platforms, while ensuring best practices are applied and efficient technical support is provided to end users.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and monitor the company’s cloud environments (multi‑cloud, primarily Microsoft Azure);
* Manage user accounts, mailboxes (Office 365), policies, and permissions according to security and operational best practices;
* Manage and monitor security platforms (XDR, Microsoft Defender, etc.);
* Support the Cybersecurity and SOC team in analyzing and mitigating detected alerts and vulnerabilities;
* Provide second‑line IT Helpdesk support via the service desk platform;
* Participate in defining and implementing security and business continuity policies;
* Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes.
Education and Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or related fields;
* 4+ years of experience in a similar role (highly valued).
Technical Skills
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory (DNS, GPOs), Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Microsoft 365/Exchange Online;
* Experience with SQL Server (a plus);
* Proven experience in cloud administration and security platform management;
* Ability to analyze and resolve security incidents.
