YOUR ROLE
* Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements to design scalable and effective Salesforce solutions.
* Translate business needs into clear functional specifications that align with Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
* Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear requirements.
* Write and manage user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
* Support agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery.
* Help identify and resolve blockers or gaps in requirements.
* Maintain documentation and support continuous improvement of delivery processes.
YOUR PROFILE
* Experience as a Business Analyst in agile environments.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to write clear and concise user stories.
* Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps or ServiceNow.
* Good understanding of digital transformation projects.
* Knowledge of Education Data Architecture (EDA) concepts and frameworks.
* Experience with Salesforce Communities or similar platforms.
* Background in education, public sector, or data-driven projects.
