Your role as a customer support agent involves providing high-quality service to their customers while working with prestigious worldwide brands.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries;
- Provide support and guidance to customers, resolving issues empathetically and efficiently;
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database;
- Use open questions, support documents, and training to troubleshoot issues;
- Offer solutions to common problems and FAQs.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian (C2 level or native);
- Good knowledge of English (B2/C1 level);
- Typing speed of 25 words per minute;
- Availability to work in rotating shifts;
- Previous experience or contact with clients;
- Good listening and empathy skills;
- Team spirit and flexibility.
