Tasks
What You Will Do
Conduct professional, meaningful conversations with prospective clients
Proactively prospect and identify new potential clients
Support individuals in clarifying their goals and determining whether our programs are a good fit
Build and maintain authentic, long-term client relationships
Guide decision-making processes with clarity, neutrality, and respect
Use CRM tools to manage client pathways, follow-ups, and activity
Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum ***** hours per week), suitable alongside other commitments
Requirements
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in leadership, business development, coaching, or self-employment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and maintain consistent activity
Comfort with prospecting, outreach, and building new client relationships
Excellent English skills
Interest in personal and professional development
Ability to communicate in a grounded, human way
Alignment with a team culture that values self-awareness and authenticity
