Role Description: Manager of Strategic Partnerships (EMEA – On-site, Lisbon)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager of Strategic Partnerships to join our team in Lisbon, focused on expanding AutoNurture.ai's footprint across the EMEA region. This full-time, on-site role is pivotal in identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances that drive business growth, market presence, and operational efficiency across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

As a key player in our go-to-market strategy, you will build and maintain strong relationships with partners, lead cross-functional collaboration, and develop innovative partnership models that support AutoNurture.ai's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop strategic partnerships across the EMEA region to drive revenue and user growth.
- Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle from onboarding to performance optimization.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.
- Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and execute go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Represent AutoNurture.ai at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across the region.
- Monitor partnership performance and provide regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or account management, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate partnership performance and drive data-backed decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a talent for building trust-based relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the AI, SaaS, or technology industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Multilingual fluency is a plus (One of the following Portuguese, French, Arabic, or German).
