Location: LisbonWe are looking for an Internal Auditor to join a Private Equity / Venture Capital firm, playing a key role in strengthening internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform internal audits (financial, operational, and compliance)Assess internal control frameworks across investment and portfolio monitoring processesIdentify risks and recommend improvementsEnsure compliance with applicable regulations (CMVM, AIFM, AML/KYC)Prepare reports for senior management and the Audit CommitteeProfileDegree in Finance, Economics, Management, or related field2–4 years of experience in audit.Strong understanding of internal controls, risk management, and regulatory frameworksExperience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Asset Management is a plusAnalytical mindset and strong critical thinking skills
