Key responsibilitiesSupporting the investment phase, including feasibility studies, business plans, budgets and financial models Acting as a key interface between investment, design, construction and commercial teams Managing projects from pre-acquisition through to delivery and exit Coordinating architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and public authorities Overseeing project timelines, costs, quality and risk management Monitoring development budgets and cash flows, ensuring alignment with the approved business plan Supporting financing processes, lender requirements and reporting Contributing to value engineering and optimisation strategies throughout the project lifecycle ProfileIdeal profileDegree in Architecture or Civil Engineering MBA or postgraduate qualification with a strong finance focus (preferred) Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within real estate development or construction Strong understanding of real estate investment, feasibility and financial drivers Solid knowledge of the Portuguese real estate and construction environment Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills Fluent in English (professional working level);
