Strong knowledge of complaints / case management processes.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Ability to create business and functional requirements, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Solid understanding of system integrations, data migration concepts, reporting, dashboards, and KPIs.
Experience in transformation, migration, or CRM implementation projects.
Salesforce Service and CRM.
Knowledge of SAP systems.
Case and complaint management tools.
Data migration and reporting basics.
Integrations & UAT.
Tools such as Azure DevOps and Confluence.
Fluency in English.
