Key Responsibilities:

* Research and Planning: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
* Clients Relationship Management: Present services to new and existing clients with clarity and confidence, maintaining strong relationships and driving long-term growth.
* Korean Market Strategies: Build and implement tailored strategies to capitalize on the growing Korean market.
* Event Planning: Organize webinars, seminars, and local promotions to engage clients and promote services.
* Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and goal achievement.
* Travel and Representation: Participate in major industry events globally and represent the company with professionalism and poise.
Requirements:
* Linguistic Proficiency: Native or fluent Korean speaker (C2) with strong English (B2+) for effective communication.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field for a solid foundation in business principles.
* Experience: 1+ years of experience in business development within the financial sector for relevant knowledge and skills.
* Skillset: Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong research, planning, and strategic thinking ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Travel Requirement: Willingness and ability to travel internationally as needed.
