We are looking for a FullStack Software Developer (Java & Angular) to join our Client's team on a hybrid working model.

Work Model:
* Hybrid model with on-site presence 2 days per WEEK for professionals living up to 70 km from the Lisbon office
* Hybrid model with on-site presence 1-2 days per MONTH for professionals living more than 70 km away
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with architects and systems analysts to understand requirements and contribute to solution design
* Design and develop new features and enhancements with a full-stack approach, using Angular and Java
* Build scalable, robust, and maintainable software solutions
* Organize, prioritize, and manage development tasks effectively
* Participate in code reviews and ensure best development practices
* Support the technical evolution and mentoring of junior team members (for mid/senior profiles)
* Contribute to continuous improvement of architecture, tools, and development processes
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* 4+ years of professional experience in software development
* Strong experience in object-oriented programming and solid knowledge of Java
* Experience with Angular and modern JavaScript frameworks
* Knowledge of Spring Framework; experience with Quarkus and Kubernetes is a plus
* Experience with APIs, microservices / micro-frontends, and event-driven architectures
* Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL and SQL Server)
* Experience using Git and Maven
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* Experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., Claude Code) while maintaining strong analytical and critical thinking
* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for clean, well-structured code
* Strong team spirit, initiative, and communication skills
* Experience in the Insurance industry is a plus
* Good spoken Portuguese & English
