We are currently recruiting a Labor and Employment Associate for a prestigious international law firm.Responsibilities: • Advising clients on labor and employment-related matters, including social security and pension funds, giving legal advice on legal issues involving their employees; • Conduct legal research and keep up to date with the new employment legislation, proactively advising clients to comply with the new regulations; • Assist the client in communication with the regulatory institutions; • Drafting, preparing, and negotiating employment agreements, claims, and other related documents; • Determine litigation strategy and handle employment litigation independently; • Drawing from multidisciplinary capabilities in finance, tax, and other relevant practice areas to help reduce risk and optimize value for the client throughout the deal life cycle.Requirements: • Qualified lawyer in Portugal with at least 2-3 years of post-qualification experience: • All-around experience in the Labor and Employment department of a leading firm; • Excellent communication, analytical, and writing skills; • English and Portuguese proficiency.Offer: - Opportunity to work for international company; - You will receive a salary, annual bonus, health insurance and annual quotas.
