Are you an experienced UI/UX designer with a passion for innovative solutions and ready to join a fast-paced, dynamic startup? WorkFlex offers a unique opportunity to be part of the fastest-growing startup in the DACH region, backed by prominent VC funds and angel investors.
WorkFlex is a B2B SaaS platform that enables employers to allow their employees to work from anywhere without facing compliance risks. We already serve over 200 clients, including Scout24, Biontech, Vodafone, and Flix.
What you will do
* Design user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes based on real user needs.
* Conduct concept validation through rapid prototyping and usability testing.
* Translate product specifications and user stories into seamless, actionable visual designs.
* Collaborate with Product Managers and developers in an Agile environment to bring features to life.
* Build and maintain our design system to ensure visual and interaction consistency.
* Communicate design rationale and user experience decisions clearly to stakeholders.
* Stay updated on trends, best practices, and tools to drive innovation.
What you need to succeed
* 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio.
* Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, prototyping).
* Strong understanding of responsive design, especially for mobile applications.
* Experience working on SaaS products, ideally in B2B.
* Familiarity with CSS frameworks and collaboration with Angular frontend teams.
* Experience in creating and managing design systems.
* Deep empathy for users and understanding of product usability and psychology.
* Eagerness to learn, iterate fast, and bring fresh ideas.
* German language skills are a plus but not required.
