Management and control of group reservations from collection to final billing.Ensure an unforgettable experience to the resident. Conduct necessary actions, events and other activities and initiatives to create a true community among residents.Solving initial problems regarding the experience of the resident. Give training to the Student Hosts.Management and monitoring of the social media calendar and content creation.Lead and manage the calendar of activities dedicated to the resident’s experience during their stay in coordination with the reception team. Direct support to the Residence Manager in any requirement regarding the operation and sales of the residence. Daily communication to track the evolution of sales and experience of residents.Punctual travel might be required for some commercial visits, training or team building activities, where overnight stays could be needed.
