Job Overview
As a Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Service Desk. This involves handling, tracking, resolving or escalating incidents, requests and changes using various logging tools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide IT support to end users both locally and remotely;
* Monitor and follow up on registered tickets to ensure SLA compliance.
Profile Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues;
* Advanced user-level experience with Linux and/or Windows operating systems;
* Familiarity with remote access tools;
* Experience in supporting local networks;
* Proficiency in Office 365 software suite;
* Previous experience using ServiceNow is advantageous;
* Availability for on-site work in Braga.
