About the Role

We are seeking experienced SAP BTP Consultants to join a strategic SAP transformation programme focused on logistics and inventory management. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native SAP BTP applications that integrate with SAP and multiple enterprise platforms, supporting complex inventory, procurement, and supply chain processes.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong expertise in SAP BTP, CAP development, Integration Suite, and enterprise integrations to work on a highly visible and impactful programme.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver SAP BTP applications end-to-end within a secure enterprise cloud environment.
• Build scalable cloud-native applications using SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP).
• Develop and maintain integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Design and implement iFlows, message mappings, and integration processes.
• Develop APIs and integration services connecting SAP and non-SAP platforms.
• Configure and manage SAP BTP services, subaccounts, entitlements, and cloud environments.
• Implement authentication and security mechanisms including Azure AD, SSO, OAuth 2.0, XSUAA, certificates, and trust configurations.
• Develop and support integrations with SAP Ariba, SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, and other enterprise applications.
• Work with SAP HANA Cloud for data persistence, modelling, and application support.
• Participate in solution design, technical governance, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and development standards.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Overview

The programme involves the development and enhancement of an SAP BTP-based inventory management application that will:

• Manage inventory across multiple systems.
• Capture inventory snapshots from connected platforms.
• Process Goods Receipts (GRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
• Integrate with SAP ERP landscapes and SAP IBP.
• Interface with Blue Yonder for inventory visibility and stock requests.
• Support logistics, stock transfers, and procurement-related workflows.
• Extend and enhance existing SAP BTP integrations and applications.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8–20 years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Expertise in SAP CAP Framework (Node.js and/or Java).
• Experience with SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Integration Suite (CPI).
• Proven experience developing:
• iFlows
• Message mappings
• Groovy scripts
• API integrations
• Experience with Cloud Foundry runtime environments.
• Strong understanding of:
• REST APIs
• OData Services
• OAuth 2.0
• Azure AD
• Single Sign-On (SSO)
• XSUAA
• Experience with SAP HANA Cloud, HDI containers, and data modelling.
• Knowledge of master data and transactional data integration patterns.
• Experience integrating SAP Ariba and other third-party systems.

Preferred Experience

• SAP Ariba Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Inventory and logistics management solutions.
• Transport Order, ASN, Ship Notice, and Ship Plan integrations.
• CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• MTA-based deployments and Cloud Foundry CLI.
• Monitoring, logging, and error handling frameworks.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
