In this regard, we are strengthening our Human Resources team and are looking for a Systems Administrator (m/f) .
Mission
Ensure the operation, availability, performance, and security of the group's systems and network infrastructure. Ensure the continuity of critical services, server administration, network equipment, cloud systems, and security policies.
Responsibilities
* Systems Administration
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux systems.
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- Manage virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper V, among others).
- Implement hardening, patches, updates and security policies.
- Perform advanced monitoring and troubleshooting.
* Network Administration
- Configure, maintain, and monitor network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls).
- Administer VLANs, VPNs, QoS, routing, and network segmentation.
- Monitor network traffic, availability, and performance.
- Implement firewall policies and security rules.
* Infrastructure & Security
- Operate backup and recovery solutions (Veeam).
- Support management of EDR/XDR solutions and corporate antivirus.
- Collaborate in resolving security incidents.
- Implement cybersecurity best practices in systems and networks.
* Projects & Documentation
- Participate in modernisation, cloud and digital transformation projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for infrastructure and procedures.
- Support internal teams in diagnosing complex problems.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Networking or equivalent.
- 2 to 5 years' experience in equivalent roles.
- Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux.
- Practical experience with Active Directory and network services.
- Solid knowledge of TCP/IP networks, VLANs, routing, switching.
- Experience with firewalls (Fortinet, CheckPoint).
- Experience with VMware, Hyper V and Proxmox.
- Basic scripting (PowerShell, Bash).
- Monitoring tools (Zabbix).
We value
- Experience with cloud (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of containers (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Understanding of SD-WAN or NAC.
- Experience with ITSM.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity (NIS2, ISO 27001).
Certifications (plus)
- Microsoft (AZ 104, AZ 900, Entra ID)
- Cisco (CCNA, CCNP)
- Fortinet NSE 4+
- VMware VCP
- Linux LPIC or RHCSA
- ITIL Foundation
