Your contribution to something big:
1. Reporting Development: Develop and implement reporting concepts and strategies to enhance decision-making.
2. Process Delegation: Act as process delegate for mobility divisions, focusing on reporting harmonization, efficiency, and cost reduction.
3. Team Leadership: Manage the development team within corporate mobility and mobility electronics, ensuring effective collaboration and knowledge transfer to the MCR Process Solution Team.
4. Report Coordination: Oversee development of mobility electronics-specific reports aligned with stakeholder requirements and technical capabilities.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Manage requirements and documentation, facilitating clear communication with stakeholders.
6. Standardization Goals: Drive standardization of reporting across the mobility sector, improve report visibility and usage, and support standard creation based on business needs.
7. Continuous Improvement: Ensure stability in report development, manage version control, and provide user support and technical consultation.
What distinguishes you:
* Education: Degree in engineering, natural sciences, business informatics, computer science, media and communication management, or related fields.
* Experience: At least five years in product development environments, with strong project management and consulting background.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and modeling; experience with Microsoft Project and iGPM MCR is advantageous.
* Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in an international team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
* Leadership Experience: Proven experience as a project leader or line manager.
* Mindset: Self-reliant, analytical, systematic, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English.
* Willingness to Travel: Available for travel primarily within Europe, North America, and Asia.
