The platform is designed for people who want a more effective, adaptive, and engaging fitness experience, whether they are beginners starting their journey or experienced lifters optimizing performance.We are building a product-first, community-driven fitness company that blends technology, coaching, and behavior change to create long-term transformation.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Growth & Community Manager to help grow Liftter's user base, strengthen our fitness community, and support engagement, partnerships, and commercial growth initiatives across our platform and channels.You will work closely with the founders to execute growth initiatives, manage community experiences, support partnerships and creators, and help scale a modern AI-powered fitness platform. This is a hands‐on role ideal for someone excited about startups, fitness, technology, and community building.ResponsibilitiesSupport user acquisition through social media, creator partnerships, referral programs, online communities, paid growth experiments, and marketing campaigns.Help identify and develop partnership opportunities with fitness creators, gyms, wellness brands, universities, and fitness communities.Support commercial initiatives including ambassador programs, affiliate partnerships, sponsorship activations, and community‐driven growth campaigns.Help manage relationships with fitness creators, coaches, ambassadors, and community members.Support partnerships with gyms, fitness communities, universities, wellness organizations, and creators.Collect user feedback and community insights to help improve the product experience.Track key growth and engagement metrics including sign‐ups, activation, retention, and community participation.Help test and execute growth experiments across content, referrals, partnerships, and user engagement.Contribute to improving onboarding flows, community resources, and educational content.Support content initiatives including challenges, user success stories, fitness campaigns, and community‐led events.Qualifications1–3 years of experience in growth, community, marketing, operations, or a related role (internships included).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable engaging with creators, fitness enthusiasts, and online communities.Organized, proactive, and excited to work in a fast‐paced startup environment.Ability to execute independently while collaborating closely with a small team.Interest in fitness, health, AI products, consumer apps, or creator ecosystems.Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.You've worked with fitness, wellness, or consumer app communities.You've helped run online communities, fitness challenges, events, or engagement campaigns.You're passionate about strength training, health optimization, or personal fitness.You have experience with Discord, Reddit, influencer outreach, or community‐led growth.
