Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the businesses and central team with Supplier Compliancy Data Quality Improvements.
* You will be part of a data quality improvement process, providing real feedback on the target process through exchanges among all involved parties.
* You will test and adjust the way of collecting data to ensure its accuracy and efficiency.
Additionally, you will manage the TBSS e-ACQ Administration team, including managing contacts within the business, resolving tickets related to new supplier setup, data changes, or deletions, and supporting interface development.
As a key member of our team, you will also contribute to the TBSS Process Improvement plan, delivering process improvements within the TBSS organization focusing on standardisation and automation of key processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* 1 year of experience in master data management and data quality is preferred.
* Expert knowledge of Oracle Financials, SQL, MS Office, SAP Financials, and E-ACQ application.
* User experience of Cartesis - Magnitude, Visual Basic, Cognos TM1, CashPooler interfaces, Diapason interfaces, Readsoft use and integration.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to meet tight deadlines.
