YOUR ROLE
As a Software Project Manager (Fixed Price Projects), you will:
* Plan and deliver closed-scope, fixed-price software projects, ensuring strict adherence to contractual commitments, delivery standards, and timelines.
* Lead day-to-day service delivery operations, guaranteeing compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
* Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
* Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and maximize client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with technical leads and project teams to ensure seamless integration between services and project deliverables.
* Monitor service performance proactively, identifying and mitigating risks, deviations, and potential issues before they impact delivery.
YOUR PROFILE
* Minimum of 6 years' experience in project management, with a proven ability to deliver complex software projects successfully.
* Track record of delivering fixed-price and closed-scope projects in the local market, meeting contractual, timeline, and quality commitments.
* Deep understanding of Agile and hybrid methodologies, with hands-on experience applying best practices to optimize delivery.
* Solid background in software development, ensuring full comprehension of project lifecycles and technical dependencies.
* Expertise in managing SLAs, KPIs, and client-facing service operations, driving performance and compliance.
* Recognized project management credentials; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are highly valued.
* Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken, enabling effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to align expectations and deliver measurable business value.
