What is this challenge about:
Contributing to the evolution of conversational systems powered by text and voice, used to streamline interactions in highly relevant service sectors.
Designing and enhancing backend components that support agent behaviours, transactional flows, and new service integrations.
Developing new features and improving core modules to ensure reliable, scalable, and human-centred digital experiences.
Working closely with cross-functional teams to bring new interaction models to life and enhance overall system performance.
Background in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent knowledge;
Strong problem-solving mindset and creativity in tackling technical challenges;
4+ Years professional experience with .
NET or Node.js development;
Solid understanding of containerization tools (e.g., Docker);
Experience with relational or non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis);
Familiarity with development best practices, software design patterns, CI/CD principles;
Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs;
Fluent level of English (mandatory);
Availability to work in a hybrid model, 3x per week in Braga Office, Onboarding onsite for 6 weeks;
