In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our revenue engine by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
You'll work within a collaborative, dynamic team while also operating independently to expand our sales pipeline.This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in sales, marketing, and operations while building strong relationships across the logistics and tech space.

? Fluency in both German and English is required for this role.ResponsibilitiesYou'll be the first point of contact for potential clients and will focus on generating and qualifying leads.
Your key responsibilities include:Researching and identifying prospective customers who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)Creating interest through cold calling, cold emailing, and social sellingCrafting high-quality, personalized outreach messages with clear calls to actionNurturing leads with follow-ups and relationship-building activitiesCollaborating closely with the sales team to meet shared goals and quotasOptimizing and refining the lead generation playbook with insights and learningsGeneral ActivitiesEngage in high-volume outreach efforts (calls, emails, social media) to introduce OrkestraQualify prospects by identifying decision-makers and their business needsSchedule demos and meetings for Account ExecutivesParticipate in product and market training to understand our value propositionAttend virtual trade shows and networking events to generate leadsProvide insights to the marketing team to improve outreach contentUse HubSpot and LinkedIn tools to manage sales activitiesContribute to refining Ideal Customer Profiles and buyer personasStay informed on logistics and LogTech market trendsQualificationsWe're looking for someone who is:A fluent German speaker (mandatory) with strong communication skills in EnglishA people person with a proactive, positive, and organized mindsetIndependent, resourceful, and comfortable working with minimal supervisionExperienced in cold-calling and building strong client relationshipsAble to manage time effectively and meet outreach and conversion goalsComfortable presenting ideas and solutions to diverse audiencesCurious and quick to understand business challenges and tailor solutionsExperienced (1–3 years) in B2B outbound sales, preferably in logistics, supply chain, or SaaSFamiliar with CRM systems (HubSpot), LinkedIn, and other prospecting toolsIdeally educated with a diploma or degree in a related fieldBonus Points ForExperience in the logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding sectorsFamiliarity with the European market and logistics challengesA passion for tech and innovation in the supply chain spaceWhy Join Us?
