This is an office-based role in Porto, supporting a global user base via email and chat only (no calls)." Your Role:You will work within a structured and performance-driven support framework, ensuring efficient, accurate, and high-quality customer interactions. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat with professionalism and accuracy;Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex cases when required;Meet defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks;Take part in training sessions, coaching, and performance reviews;Continuously improve customer experience and service quality; Requirements:
Mandatory: Previous experience in a contact center environment;Excellent written communication skills;Experience handling tickets and live chats;Preferred: Experience with advertising technology platforms;Product or technical support experience is an advantage;Knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts;Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills;Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment; Language Skills:
