We are looking for a Helpdesk Engineer to join our Client's team in a remote work model with occasional visits to the Lisbon office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-line technical support to end users via phone, email, and ticketing systems
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
* Escalate complex issues to second- or third-level support teams when necessary
* Install, configure, and maintain user workstations, applications, and peripherals
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights
* Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
* Document incidents, solutions, and procedures in the knowledge base
* Ensure timely response and resolution in line with SLAs

Required Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a Helpdesk, Service Desk, or IT Support role
* Solid understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
* Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
* Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
* Fluency in English (C1 level required)
