Job Title:

Information Security Manager


About the Job

You will promote a security-first culture at your future workplace. You will contribute to delivering an information security strategy to address evolving business risks and empower the domain to deliver the prioritised roadmap.

You will lead collaboration with stakeholders to communicate and embed secure ways of working with regular cadence and engagement. This includes protecting your employer's brand and its customers, detecting and responding to incidents, strengthening our defences, reducing the attack surface, proactively highlighting risks to the business, and promoting security awareness as second nature.


Key Responsibilities

* Lead an information security capability for a large business unit.
* Have good understanding of security within agile development processes and in Amazon Web Services.
* Understand security operations and security incident management.
* Have good experience in implementing ISMS in a large organisation.
* AWS Cloud Fundamental or Practitioner certification is preferable.
* ISO27001 Lead Implementer, COMPTIA Security+, CISMP/CISSP/CISM/CISA certified is preferred.
* Have good understanding of international regulatory context, particularly data privacy.
* Have good understanding of standards and frameworks such as ISO, NIST, PCIDSS, OWASP, ITIL, and COBIT.
* Determine effective course of action using excellent planning and organisation skills.
* Gain commitment from stakeholders to reach broader goals to reduce information security risks using strong communication skills.
* Work with technical and non-technical colleagues around the world using excellent interpersonal and relationship skills.
* Maintain focus on agreed information security objectives and deliverables being goal-oriented.
* Identify creative and elegant solutions to support information security GRC activities and overall objectives using problem-solving skills.
* Think positively in a problem situation as a logical thinker and a team player.
* Make proposals, take actions, or help support decision-making using strong commercial acumen.
* Identify the decision makers and influencers having good organisational structure awareness.
* Understand the needs, objectives, and constraints of those in other teams.
