About The Job
As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of automation solutions using artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) for the AI/ML Control Automation program within CIB Securities Services. You will support the management of technical solutions and coordinate initiatives to strengthen controls, improve efficiency, and anticipate risks to optimize service quality.
Your Main Activities Are
1. Coordinate and lead the design of the project and business case.
2. Coordinate and lead the design of the solution, including IT/Business validation, requirements specification, test follow-up, and start-up support.
3. Establish and monitor governance related to digital projects (IT, Business, Data Science).
4. Lead impact analysis of AI solutions on future processes.
5. Define and manage the scaled implementation of solutions.
6. Activities will focus on five pillars: Project management, AI/ML automation, Technical solution development, Workshops and collaboration, Monitoring and evaluation.
Profile And Skills To Success
* Master’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or Computer Science.
* At least 10 years of relevant experience in Project Management and AI tool implementation.
* Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
* Knowledge of IT implementation cycles and phases.
* Cross-functional knowledge of Securities Services activities.
* Interest in new technologies, attention to detail, curiosity, organizational skills, proactivity, results orientation, communication skills, problem-solving, project management, leadership, analytical and synthesis skills, presentation skills, ability to work in a multicultural environment, proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
