What You'll BringPhD in Organic Chemistry (or equivalent) and experience in process research and scale-up; Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory guidelines (ICH, FDA/EMA), and impurity control strategies; Hands-on expertise in process optimization and analytical methods; A proactive, collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills; Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, set priorities, and meet deadlines; Motivated with a strong and dynamic personal drive to learn.
