We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world's leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included. You will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

What you will be doing:
Answer customer questions via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Use your knowledge of automotive and digital products to solve problems.
Keep detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM.
Work with the team to improve the customer experience.
Stay informed about the client's latest offers and policies.
Show warmth and enthusiasm in every conversation.
Requirements:
Fluency in Danish language (must be at least C2)
Communicative level of English language ( at least B1)
You live anywhere in Portugal
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What we offer
Full time contract
Base salary (gross): **** €/month x 14
Performance bonus (gross): 80€/month x 12
Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day (paid in meal card)
