FRESH is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of Finance and RISK functions, bringing together a community of 1,600 experts from Finance, RISK, and IT backgrounds, focusing on efficiency, proximity, agility, and time-to-market.
This organizational model supports the Group’s transformation, building the best offer for the Finance and RISK community through rotation towards new technologies and practices. It results from the convergence of Group Finance, CIB Finance, RISK, and their related IT teams, sponsored by ITG, Finance, and RISK.
The team works closely with end users to provide services, prototype, test, innovate, and improve processes and systems, especially during closing periods. Solutions are implemented using agile methodologies to meet short-term requirements that existing systems cannot cover promptly.
Your Main Activities Are
* Change & Run: Ensure technical and functional setups align with architecture standards, security frameworks, and manage application components, patches, data feeds, and database schemas.
* Support: Handle L3 support, analyze incidents, coordinate with vendors, and perform testing.
* Monitoring: Detect service disruptions, monitor data exchanges, participate in key meetings, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain documentation.
* Applications Portfolio: Manage applications like Axway Composer, Sentinel, and PAE.
Profile And Skills To Success
* Tech skills: Bachelor’s in IT, 6-10 years of relevant experience, TMA/tech lead experience, knowledge of Business/IT relations, database design, programming (Java, Shell, SQL/PLSQL), Axway tools experience is a plus.
* Soft skills: Team collaboration, organization, communication, fluency in English.
