We are looking for a
Business Analyst
to act as a strategic bridge between business needs and the technical implementation of innovative solutions.
Main Activities/Responsibilities:
* Contribute to the design and implementation of innovative insurance solutions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Provide analytical support and insights to drive strategic decision-making
* Analyze complex business processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement
* Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, workflow diagrams, and user stories
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate solutions
* Produce comprehensive business analysis reports and presentations
* Recommend process optimizations and system enhancements to enhance operational efficiency
* Participate in the testing and validation of new or updated insurance products and services
Requirements:
* +3 years expertise with SAP FICO
* Expertise on migration projects with SAP S/4HANA
* Extensive expertise in business analysis within the insurance industry
* Strong expertise on tackling problem-solving and complex challenges
* Proficient expertise in data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques
* English environment mandatory
* Proven track record of delivering successful business analysis projects
* Excellent expertise in stakeholder management
* Expertise in collaborations in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
* Proven track record of projects in an international environment
