Customer Support Role in Portugal
We're seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for users, you'll be responsible for providing friendly and effective support through multiple communication channels.
* Provide assistance with account setup, password recovery, billing inquiries, and identity verification
* Troubleshoot technical issues with attention to detail and clear communication
You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to improve support processes and deliver a consistent experience to all users.
About You:
* Able to communicate fluently in Dutch (C2 level)
* Familiarity with English (B2 level) is an asset
