We are looking for a talented German Trainer to be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions, as also measuring the efficiency of each training process and improve metrics.
As a Trainer in this project, your daily responsibilities will include:
1. Strong focus on content creation for training purposes
2. Adapt currently existing articles and learning materials from a provided knowledge base
3. Translate requirements into training that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
4. Develop, design, and oversee training roadmaps/modules, classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals
5. Direct structured learning experiences
6. Deliver training content through various channels and mediums
7. Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure alignment with updates and changes
8. Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development
9. Serve as a single point of contact for all product training and documentation needs
10. Create learning experiences that equip new and long-term associates to excel through expert classroom instruction and one-on-one coaching
11. Create and maintain a positive learning environment
12. Modify and present training programs for representatives/agents
13. Maintain accurate and updated project training documentation
14. Stay informed about client processes and recommend program changes when appropriate
15. Perform any other reasonable duties requested by the client or direct managers
16. Take responsibility for personal development
17. Understand and comply with all regulatory, fair-trading, and competition rules
18. Adhere to health, safety, and security responsibilities
19. Attend trainer meetings regularly
20. Takes personal responsibility to understand and comply with all company and client security requirements and policies
21. Ensures that all team members (Foundever) comply fully with the security policies and requirements of Foundever and its Clients, ensuring staff is given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified
To succeed in the role, you will need to have:
22. Native or Proficient level of German (C2)
23. Advanced level of English (at least C1) both verbal and written
24. Good organization/ time management skills
25. Ability to work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
26. Ability to make fair and consistent judgments and decisions
27. Ability to solve problems and offer suggestions
28. Ability to influence behavior
29. Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures
30. Ability to give constructive feedback to the agents which lead to performance improvement
31. Counseling skills
32. Design Learning skills
33. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Pack (PowerPoint, Word)
34. Availability to work 100% on-site Porto - mandatory
Education and experience.
35. Minimum of 6 months to 1 year working in BPO production or comparable customer service
36. Previous teaching or coaching/training experience would be an advantage
