Daily communication is conducted in French, which makes fluency mandatory.Key Responsibilities Design, develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform Implement workflows, business rules, client and server scripts, and integrations Analyze technical and functional requirements in collaboration with functional and technical teams Ensure solution quality, performance, security and compliance with best practices Provide support for platform maintenance, enhancements and bug fixing Work in Agile/Scrum environments within distributed international teams Communicate regularly with stakeholders and project teams in FrenchTechnical Requirements Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer Strong knowledge of: JavaScript ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies) ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP) is a plus Knowledge of ServiceNow development best practicesLanguage Requirements Fluent French – mandatory (daily communication) Fluent EnglishProfile & Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work in international environments Autonomous, proactive and team-oriented Comfortable working in complex and evolving contextsWhat We Offer International project with strong technical exposure Multicultural and collaborative environment Professional and technical growth opportunities Competitive conditions aligned with experience
