Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business needs and develop technical solutions that meet those needs. You will work closely with developers, end-users, and other stakeholders to ensure that your solutions are compatible and effective.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong analytical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You should also be able to identify, design, and implement technical solutions, and to prepare user manuals and deliver user training.
What We're Looking For:
* Configuring systems and broker portals to meet specific client requirements.
* Strong knowledge of SQL, including query creation, database manipulation, and the use of reporting tools (Crystal Reports, MS Report Builder).
* Strong analytical skills, with experience translating business requirements into detailed technical documentation, solution proposals, and system flows.
* Ability to identify, design, and implement technical solutions, working closely with developers and end-users to ensure compatibility and satisfaction.
* Excellent communication skills and autonomy, including preparing user manuals, delivering user training, planning testing activities, and taking responsibility for deadlines and deliverables.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems.
