The Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Document Controller to join our project for a major Energy and Oil & Gas client. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for analyzing, preparing, managing, and controlling all technical and engineering documentation.
You will analyze and control all technical documentation related to various departments and project activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and company procedures (including confidentiality). You will also participate in the development, maintenance, and improvement of departmental/project document control work processes.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage the project's engineering documentation and prepare it for clients and other stakeholders.
* Verify document quality and transmission according to the document management standards and quality standards of the organization.
* Participate in the development, maintenance, and improvement of departmental/project document control work processes.
* Analyze and control all technical documentation related to various departments and project activities, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements and organizational procedures.
Requirements
* A higher education degree in Administration, Management, or equivalent experience.
* In-depth understanding of document control and management, preferably in industrial or engineering sectors.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools or similar.
