About this Role:
As a seasoned Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal part in the design and development of modern, cloud-native solutions. Our ideal candidate has a strong background in Java and its associated frameworks, with a solid understanding of systems architecture, integrations, scalability, and cloud-native principles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement efficient cloud-native solutions to drive business growth and innovation;
* Collaborate closely with technical and business teams to ensure alignment with architectural standards and best practices;
* Develop UML diagrams, architecture documentation, and technical specifications to support project execution;
* Potentially lead cross-functional teams, bringing technical guidance and leadership expertise.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience as a Solution Architect in a similar role;
* Strong proficiency in Java and relevant frameworks, with a focus on software architecture and design patterns;
* Proven track record of driving successful projects from concept to delivery, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and team leadership;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
Working Conditions:
* Starts remote, transitioning to a hybrid model (1x/week in-office) as the company evolves;
* Candidates must be based in Portugal.
