Your role in our team: As a Senior Controller, you will ensure proper identification, collection, and analysis of all relevant information and indicators necessary for management reports, preparing meaningful insights to facilitate effective decision-making by incorporating current and future business scenarios or forecasts, and providing forecasts that anticipate trends or outcomes.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze financial data to support decision-making, using techniques such as ratio analysis, trend analysis, and sensitivity analysis, to ensure senior management can make informed decisions based on accurate financial information;Prepare financial reports that comply with accounting standards and accurately reflect the financial position of the company, ensuring transparent financial information for stakeholders;Develop KPIs and metrics to measure financial and operational performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring progress towards business objectives;Liaise with other departments, such as operations, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement business strategies, challenge performance, and perform gap analysis;Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of assets, policies, procedures, and workflows, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, recommending improvements as needed;Perform analysis, interpretation, control, and information on critical management activities, portfolio analysis, and business value management;Promote regular interaction with business units to monitor and measure key indicators and challenge business performance;Collaborate on identifying innovation proposals and process improvement actions related to the area of intervention;Identify and anticipate project risks and cost overruns, supporting mitigation activities and sharing lessons learned from projects;Support product estimation, monitor, review, and ensure that standard costs are accurately reflected.Your profile: Degree in Management, Economics, or Finance6-9 years of experience in similar positionsProficiency in financial analysis and management controlExperience in project controllingStrong understanding of accounting legislation and tax rulesExperience with SAP is mandatoryHands-on attitude and proactive problem-solving approachEnjoyment of exciting tasks in a fast-growing, future-oriented industryCompetitive salary package, with additional days off, including your birthday, flexible working hours, and remote work optionsHealth insurance for the whole familyWell-being and Employee Assistance ProgramActive engagement with external partners and other perks (e.g., fresh fruit, bread, yogurt)A pleasant and collaborative working atmosphereIf you see yourself in this profile, then you are right for Körber.
